State-Approved Group Home Administrator Training

The only program of its kind in San Diego, New Haven’s training program for residential treatment facility administrators boasts exceptional passing rates regionally. Approved by the State of California Community Care Licensing, our Group Home Administrator 40-Hour Initial Certification training has earned rave reviews from both New Haven staff and students from area agency.

Our extensive Training Center further develops professionals to successfully work alongside youth in either a residential, home-based or educational setting.

After undergoing extensive one-year training with the Baron Center, Inc. and Datron’s Servant Leadership Institute, New Haven is not only transforming its own organization with this leadership approach but has gone further to champion a community movement to embrace servant leadership. SL12 is an association of North County leaders who meet monthly to dialogue about how to serve as servant leaders in their own businesses and in the community.
